children named hereinabove. ~
6. PERSONAL PROPERTY: The personal property of the parties,
including household furnishings, dishes and other such items axe
awarded to the Wife.
~ 7. VISITATION RIGHTS: The Husband shall have the right to
visit with his minor children on one day per week upon giving the Wife
24 hours notice and at such other times as the Husband and Wife may
agree.
8. STIPULATION: The Stipulation placed upon the record
by the parties and affirmed by the parties is incorporated herein and
made a part hereof by reference and both the Husband and the Wife are
ordered to comply with each and every provision thereof.
9. ATTORNEYS FEES: The Wife is awarded the sum of $250.00
as reasonable attorneys fees and the Husband shall pay said attorneys
to the Wife's attorney, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, by cash, money order
or cashiers check, by paying to said attorney the sum of $15.00 per
week on the Friday of each week, beginning on Friday, March 3, 1978,
~ and~on the Friday of each week thereafter until the full sum of $250.00
~ ~ is paid. The Husband shall pay said sum to said attorney either in
person at said attorneys address of Suite 200, First National Bank.

mailing same to said attorneys office address of Post Office Box 4392,
For.t Pierce, Florida, 33450.
10. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: That this Court hereby re-
tains jurisdiction of the above styled cause and the parties hereto
for the purpose of entering such other Orders, Judgments, Process or
other instruments deemed necessary and proper to fully and continually
enforce this Final Judgment and the provisions, terms and conditions
