The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. The Petitioners have an interest in the above estate
as the sole residuary devisees of the decedent. Their names and
addresses are set forth in paragraph three and the name and
address of their attorney is set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, ROMAN ANTHONY MICHAEL, also known as ROMAN A.
- MICHAEL also known as ROMAN MICHAEL, whose last known address was
Metropolitan Toronto, Province of Ontario, Canada, died on
July 25, 1972 at Toronto, Province of Ontario, Canada, and at the
time of decedent's death, the decedent was domiciled in Toronto,
