7. The decedent has been dead for more than three years.
8. The estate is not indebted in the State of Florida.
9. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
including exempt property be distributed ur disposed of as follows:
DEANNA MICHAEL An undivided one-half (1/2)
interest in the real property
described above .
RAYMOND MICHAEL An undivided one-half (1/2)
interest in the real property
described above.
10. The petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of the decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 11.

! Administration with Will annexed are attached hereto and accompany

~ 12. The decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733 Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that
the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of
summary ancillary administration be entered directing distribution
~ of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule as
