Court having taken testimony, received evidence and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is ti~ereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff AVIS RENT A CAR
SYSTEM, INC. shall have and recover of and from the Defendar~t
EARL FRANK YEARICKS, III the sum of $5,201.60 plus costs in the
amount of $42.00, for a total of $5,243.60, for all of which let ~
