3~?. CONSTRUCTION. This lease is to be construed in accordance
with t~e laws oF-the tate of Florida.
35. CAPTION AND TITLES. The captions and titles contained
in this lease are or convenience and reference only and in no way
define. limit or describe the scope or intent of this lease or any
part thereof not in any way affect this lease.
36. SEVERABILITY. The invalidity in whole or in part of any
covenant, promise or un~rtaking or any section, subsection. sentence,
clause. phrase or work, or of any provision of this lease or the Exhibit
attached hereCo, shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions thereof. -
37. PARTIES. The term "Lessor" and "Lessee" as used in this
lease shall incTu~ic e

any gender shall include all genders. k;~erever the same shall be
appropriate, and shall include its successors and assigns..
38. RIGHTS OF TERMINATION. NoCwithstanding anything to the
contrary herein e ore set ort , t e Lessee shall have any absolute ~
right to tern?inate this lease at any time after the expiration of
one (1) year upon the giving of thirty (30) days notice in writing ~
to the Lessor of its intention to do so, Ir. the further consideration
of this right the Lessee agrees to pay tio the Lessor at the ti~e it
notifies the Lessor of its intention to so terminate a sum equal to
one-half of the paid rental for the twelve (12) month period
immediately preceedin~ notification cE the termination.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this instrument
to be executed in their respective corporate names by their respective
duly auth ized officers and their respective corporate seals affixed
this ~ay of March. 1978.
