This deed is made, executed and delivered pursuant to the last Will of
GERTRUDE ELIZABETH GRADICK, on file in the Circuit Court in and'for Brevard County, Florida,
in the Estate of GERTRUDE ELIZABETH GRADICK, Deceased, Case No. 75-91-CP-02.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the PartY of the Second Part, her heirs
and assigns, in fee simple forever.
ANO the PartY of the First Part doeS covenant to and with the Part Y of
the Second Part,her heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and
about this sale and this conveyance the laws of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all`respects.
