tion of the sum of Ten Uullars (510.00) and other valuable~considerations,
lawful money of the United States, to me in hanc; paici by GERALDINE G.
RADEiVCIC, party of the second part, at or before ine ensealing an~ delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, -
bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and se~ over and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of

recorded in Plat Book 4, page 72, public records of St.
Lucie Count;, Florida;

Florida, and assigned to GERTRUDE E. GRADICK by assignr;ient dated Decem-

502, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following

3. Mortgage dated March 1, 1948, made by Jennie Rosa Washington and Vera Mae

dated Qecember 30, 1959, and recorded in Official Records Book 156, pages
