THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on February 20, 1978, upon
the Husband's Motion to Set Supersedeas Bond, and the Court finding
that the Husband had filed a Notice of Appeal of the Final Judgment
of Dissolution of Marriage entered in this cause on the lst day of
January, 1978, and being otherwise fully advised in~the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGE~ that the Motion be and hereby is granted;
'Supersedeas Bond is set in the amount of $275,000.00; and, upon the _ ~
~ Husband's giving of a good and sufficient Supersedeas Bond in the
~ said amount of $275,000.00, execution is stayed pending determination

~ of this cause on appeal. ~
