1978, upon the Wife's Motion to Set Aside or Clarify.Fina1
Judgment, and having been advised by both parties and the
Wife's attorney that all issues in dispute had been resolved,
and havine been advised that a written and executed stiuulation
between the parties wou;.d be submitted, and having now examined
said stipulation, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Stipulation for Modification of Final
1Judgment of Dissolution of Maniage executed by VIRGINIA WYKLE
~(Kirby) and ROBERT TONY ~IYKI~ is hereby approved and ratified
and made a~part of that Final Judgment entered herein on August
~ 2b~ 1977.

~ 2. That this Court reserves jurisdiction to enforce
the tera~s of said Stipulation and the Final Jud~ment as modified.
