Istipulation and request this Honorable Court to approve and

ratify same and the parties hereto further request that this
Honorable Court retain jurisdiction over this cause to enforce
the terms of this stipulation.

IT IS hereby agreed between the undersigned parties }
that the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage entered in
; _ ithis cause on August 26, 1977, be modified as follows:

; 1. The real property located at S15 Cortez Avenue, ~

Stuart, Martin County, Florida, now held by the parties as
