ORDER ~
THIS CAUSE having been heard on the Wife's Petition
for Modification and the parties having appeared in proper
person with counsel, an argument having been heard, the court
has thereupon , _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife's Petition for
Modification is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the amount of permanent
periodic alimony payable to the husband shall be.modified for a
period of one (1) year from the sum of Seventeen Dollars and
fifty cents ($17.50) per week to the sum of Five Dollars ($5) ~
per week and that in addition to Five Dollars ($5) per week, the
wife shall pay the sum of One Dollar ($I) per week on the arrearage
as of the date of_the granting of this order; i~ is furthEr
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife shall not be required
to pay any amounts on the unpaid balance of the husband's
medical bills for a period of six (6) months.
