This cause came on for trial the~ 8th day of March ~
1978, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evi- -
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
t~ereuoon: ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TOMMY EARL
STEPHENS, Husband, and MERRY KATHLEEN STFPHE~iS, Wife, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ to be reasonable for the Wife s Attorney.for his services herein and

3. RESTORATION OF NAME. MERRY KATHLEEN STEPHENS be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of MERRY RATHLEEN GORHAM,
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter-
vened. ~
