8. That possession of said lands and other assets of

the Estate of Perry Carlton, deceased, is in the First National
Bank Of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Administrator of
the Estate of Perry Carlton, deceased.
9. That, if necessary, the monies received by said
Administrator of the Estate from the sale of lands and other asset
can be invested safely, prior to distribution of the Estate, to
secure a reasonable incor.le therefrom to the Petitioners, as tenant
in common and joint owners of said properties, real and personal.
~~THEREFORE, your Petitioners, beinq without other adequat
remedy in the premises, pray that all of said lands and other

properties be partitioned and sold, prior to distribution of the
Estate of Perry Carlton, deceased, pursuant to Section 733.8I4,
