RESOLUTION NO. 78-23 w~x~ ~
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing,has .
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described reyuest for a change in
zoning classification be APPROVED, and ~
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on February 28,1978 after first publishing notice of said ~
hearing in the News Tri~une on February.l3, 1978. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled ttiis
28th day February, 1978 as follows:
1. That the zoning of the follow~ng described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The East 100 feet of the following: Begin at a point
1538 feet north of the southeast corner of Section
22, Township 36, Range 40, thence southwesterly on
- the south line of parcel heretofore conveyed to
E. G. Beckman and wife to the east right of way of -
U.S. 1, thence southeasterly along said right of
; way 175 feet to the point of beginning of parcel,
thence continue southeasterly along said east right
I of way a distance of 175 feet, thence northeasterly '
