THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing an an emergency
basis, and the Husband having appeared in proper person and the Wife
with counsel~ and the Court having heard argument of all parties
and being fully and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the Husband shall, by March
~,r 1978, pay to the Wife, $100.00 cash; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall forthwith pay

all utility charges, the rent on the marital dwelling for the month
of March, 1978, and the Wife's automobile lease charges for the
I month of March, 1978.,
