THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on February 21-, 1978,
upon the Petition for Adoption filed by the Petitioner and the
Court having given full consideration to a1Z the testimony and
evidence, finds and determines: that the Petitioner is a fit
and proper person to adopt the minor children; that the adoption
would promote the best interests of the minor children; and that
the minor children are suitable for adoption, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the permanent custody of the children known
as SONYA LAFAYE WRIGHT and HENRY LEE WRIGHT be and the same is
hereby given to MARYE COVINGTON.
2. That the child now known as SONYA LAFAYE WRIGHT is
given the lawful of and shall henceforth be known as SONYA LAFAYE
COVINGTON and the child now known as HENRY LEE WRIGHT is given
the lawful name of and shall henceforth be known as HENRY LEE
COVINGTON. ~
3. That these children are hereby declared ±-o be the

shall be subject to all the obligations and entitled to a12 the
rights and privileges of children born to the adopting parent:
