Section 2. Review by Cu~mittee. The Carmittee, in its review of
all prq~osed oonstruction, modificatior~s or alteratirns, shall be gui~ed by
the following stam~rds of envi.roannental oontrol, tA-wit: those inclix3~d in
Article IX hereof, and
