D~iring the t,ime that the Dev~elc~per is in vontrol of th~e Associatian, the CamLittee will ansist of ~j the follaw~ng: the Secr~etaYy of the Association; the Assistant Vioe President i ' ~ of the Fhvirormiental Planning and Desic~ Offioe of General Develop~nt Coxpo- ~ . ~ ratian; the Directar of the E~vironmental Planning and Design Offive of General ~ ~ Dev~elo~nw_nt CoYporatian and the General Manager of the oamr~u~ity in which the subject ProPertY is located. Section 2. Review by Cu~mittee.
