and t,o scale the proposed elevatians and locations of said trees, bushes, shn~bs
or'plants, including the locatio~n of sasne in relation t,o all other lots subject
to these restrictions.
(d) Catmitt,ee Approval Approval of said_ plans by ~the ~virarur~ental
O~ntrol CaRmittee may be withheld if in the opinian of the Ca~mittee the view
~ of any lot would be i~ec~ad by the locati~ of such trae, bush, shn~b or plant,
or in any other manner. In any ev~nt, the Catmittee shall have the right to
require any m~nber to r~mve trim, top, or pnme any tree, or shn~i, which in
the reasanable belief of the C7atmitt~ee inpedes or c~etracts fran the view of
any lot.
Section 3. Varianoes. The Board of Directors of the Association
or the ~hviroa~mP.ntal Cantrol Ca~mittee appointed by the Board r~ay, with the
approval of the City of port St. Lucie and/or St. LuciP County Building and
2.oning Board, a~prove variances tc~ the requirements af Article IX, Secti.on 2.
Secti~ 4._ Attorneys' Fees. In all litigation inv~lving architec-
