Sectian 2. Assessre.nt of Gbst. The oost of such exterior maint~enanee ;

Provided that the Board of Directors of the Association, when establishing the
annual assessmecit agai.nst each Living ifiit for any assessiment year as required `

Section 3. A~ooess at_ReaSOnable Hours. For the purpose solely of ~
perfonning the exteriar mainterianog authorized by this Article, the Association,
through its duly authorized agents or e~ployees shall have the right, after -

at reasonable haurs on any day exoept Si.uiday. .
