Section 1. Prohibition of Ir~dividual Wells and Se~tic Tanks. No

Section 3, IIiforc~ax~.nt. The extension of water and/or sewpr liries by
Gen~ral Develc~nent Utilities, Inc., into The Properties shall, as to each Iavirg
Unit ar~d to the extent of the reasonable pro-rata line oosts, cbnstitute air3
