the foregoinq being a non-exclusive list of the powers
intended by Grantor regardinq all policies owned by or
insuring the life of Grantor.
8. The full power and authority to make gifts in the
Grantor's name, whether cha=itable or otherwise, to any
number of beneficiaries, upon such terms or conditions
as are deemed appropriate, which gifts may be made from
any or all of Grantor's assets, wheresoever situated, -
. notwithstanding that said assets may be held in Grantor's -
name, in trust, or otherwise. -
C. ~xoneration of Attorney in Fact
The Attorney in Fact shall be deerned to have acted within ~
t:e scope of his authority, to have exercised reasonable care, ~
d=ligence and prudence, and to have acted impartially as to all -
persons interested unle~s the contrary be proved by affirmative ;
~ evidence. '

~ The Grantor reserves the right by an instrument signed, wit- ;
~ nessed, and acknowledged by Grantor and delivered ta the Attorney
ir. L'a~t, at any tune or from time to time durinq Grantor's life,
and w~ile or when competent, to revoke or amend the Powar of
Attorney hereby created in whole or in part, without.the consen~ .
of any other persen.
E. Disability of Grantor -
For all purF.oses of this Power of Attorney, and any trust :
created or amended hereby, "disability" is defined to be a sub- `
szar_tial impairment of Grantor's ability to care for Grantor's
property by reason o~ age, illness, infirmity, mental weakening, :
intert~erance, and or addiction to drugs. In determininq disa~ility `
~ t}:e At}orney in Fact shall consult with a licensed medical doc-
tor, preferably Grantor's, and may conclusively rely upon his ~
~ wr~tten medical opinion. -

~ F. Reliance
~ P.11 persons dealing with the Attorney in Fact, including any t
~ successor Attorney in Fact, r.1ay conclusively rely upon this
~ document or a photocopy thereof which is intended by Grantor to
~ vPst the Attorney in ~'act with full and complete authority over
~ ~ ail of the assets and financial matters of Grantor.
