Upon accekation under puagraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property. I;ende~ shall be entitlod to have a

Property, including those put due. All rcnu colloctod by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the coats of
management of the Property aad collection of rents. including. but not limited to. receiver's fee.s. premiums on receiver's
bonds and rcasonabk attorney's fea, and tAen to the sums secured by this Mortgage. 'il~e receiver shall be liable to aocount
only for those rents actuaity received.
21. Ptit~re Ai~s.cea. Upon request by Borrower, Lender; at Lender's option withia twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advanoes to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interat theroon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenoed by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness socured by this Mortgage, not including sums adva~ced in aocordance herewith to protxt the
security of this Mortgage. eaceod the original amount of the Note plus US3.
2i Relea~e. UpQn paymeat of all sums socurod by this Mortgage, l,ender shall r~clesse this Moctgage without charge
to Bomower. Borrower shall pay al! costs of rornrdation, if any.
23. Attoroey's Fas. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's fces" shall include attorney's fces, if any.
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
