Upon accekration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property. Lender shall be entitled to have a

Property, including thase past dua All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collection of rcnts, including, but not limited to. receiver

21. Ftitere Aa~a~cea. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender. at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
blortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such •Futur~ Advances, with interest thercon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when'evideaced by promissory nota stating that said notes are socured hereby: At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodness socured by this Morlgage. not including sums advanced in avcordance herewith to protect the
