says; That my name is BEATRICE I. ZIMMERMAN, that affiant and
her husband, EVAN JACK ZIMMERMAN, purchased the above described
property on March 12, 1973 and they were at all times from that
date through the date of death of EVAN JACK ZIMMERMP.N, the 26th
day of October , 197 4, married to each other. °
