WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of
budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time o!
have become available for the exclusive rights payment for the South Cc
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of C
