~ This cause came on for trial the 9th day of March, Z978, and the `
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and ~

determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect ;
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
. between the parties; and that rhe marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. DISSOI~JTION OF MARRZAGE. The marriage between GLENN E.
THOMAS and MARILYN A. THOMAS~be and the ssme is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed froan the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existi.ng between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom,
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICHAEL DAVIS THOMAS and DAVID GLENN -

THOMAS, the minor children of the parties., is hereby awarded to
MARILYN A. THOMAS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
GIENN E . THOMAS .

3. SUPPORT: Cor~encing the~ day of , 1978~
GIENN E. THOMAS shall pay to MARILYN A. THOMAS, the sum of $75.00 for
each child every two weeks for a total payment of $150.00 every two
weeks for the support of the minor children named above. Each payment
shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly
to MARILYN A. 71~i0MAS . In addition there is' hereby assessed the sum

of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
