check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times

while this order is in effect. _
4. PROPERTY. ltie Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions _thereof . This
agreement sha 11 not b e merged into this Fina 1 Judgment, but shall
survive it and be binding upon both parties for all times.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $350.00
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
GIENN E. THOMAS is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together
with costs herein assessed at $37.50.
' 6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
