THIS MATTER coming on before me upon the Affidavit of
the Wife, KIM EPLIN, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED that ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHE~IFFS OF
THE STATE OF FLORIDA take into custody the said WILLIAM
PATRICK EPLIN and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the execution of the Order of this
Court dated February 3, 1978. .
It is further ORDERED that the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County. Florida, promptly notify the Clerk of the Circuit
; Court for St. Lucie County and this Court of the arrest
