West, 14.02 feet to an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of the lands conveyed
by Trustees of Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida to Ft. Pierce
Financing and Construction Company, as described in deed recorded i~ Deed Book -
166, Page 447, St. Lucie County, Fiorida, Public Records, said point being the
Southwest corner of lands of Handelman Enterprises, Inc.; thence North 49° O1'
- West, along the West line of Handelman Enterprises, lnc. property and the West
line of lands described i~~ aforesaid deed, run 18.60 feet to a cross cut on
concrete bulkhead coping; said cross cut being the POINT aF BEGINNING, thence ~
