14. This Mortgage shatl secure not only existing indebteclnass, but also such futuro advances, whtther such advances are
obtigatory or to be made at the o~fon ot ths Mortgagee, or otherwise, as aro made witMn twenty (TO) years from the date here-
of, to the same extent as it such tuture advances wera made on the date oi the execution of this moirtgsge. but such secured
