WITNESSETN:
t,THEREAS. various and diverse disputes and unhappy

differences have arisen between the Husband and Wife., who~='
were married to each other on March 3, 1962 in Ft. Rierce U
Florida, and separated from each other and are no lon~er
living together as Husband and Wife; and
~JHEREAS, there were three children born of this marriage.
namely CARTER LALLY, age 12; SCOTT LALLY, age 10; and
KAREN LALLY, age S. who will be referred to herein as the
minor children; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to ,
make a pertnanent and complete adjustment and settlement oi
all their property rights of every kind and description
wnatsoever now owned or existing or which may hereafter

f come into existence or be acquired and to provide `for the -

~ conveyance to each other of jointly owned property;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the mutual promises and un~ertakings herein contained and
for other good and valuable considerations, the parties
hereto mutually agree as follows: ,
1. The parties~may and shall at all times hereafter
live separate and apart; each shall be free from interference.
authority or control, direct or indirect, by~the other, as _
fully as if he or she were sole and unmarried; each may reside

at such place or places as he or she may elect; each may, for
his or her separate use and benefit, conduct. carry on and
engage in any business, profession or employment which to
him or her rnay seem advisable.
