Rierce U Florida, and separated from each other and are no lon~er living together as Husband and Wife; and ~JHEREAS, there were three children born of this marriage. namely CARTER LALLY, age 12; SCOTT LALLY, age 10; and KAREN LALLY, age S. who will be referred to herein as the minor children; and WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to , make a pertnanent and complete adjustment and settlement oi all their property rights of every kind and description wnatsoever now owned or existing or which may hereafter E f come into existence or be acquired and to provide `for the - < i ' ~ conveyance to each other of jointly owned property; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual promises and un~ertakings herein contained and for other good and valuable considerations, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows: , 1.
