3. At the present time the parties own as tenants by ~

the entireties a home located at 1009 S. Indian River Drive, ~
Ft, Pierce, St. Lucie County~ Florida. more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
(a) The Husband agrees to make all the necessary repairs
to the home, at his initial expense, to put the home in a salable _
condition. -
(b) The par~ies agree that the home shall be placed on the
market and sold and further agree that they shal.l execute any -
and all reasonable purchase contracts for the sale of the home.
~ (c) It is understood that mortgage payments, taxes and
insurance are in arrears, and the Husband will only pay such
payments as he is required to do in order to prevent fore-
closure proceedings. The parties will divide~the proceeds of
the sale, after deducting mortgage payments, taxes and ,
insurance in arrears, equaily. The Husband wiZl be re.im-

bursed for aut-of-pocket repair costs;,mortgage payments, taxes~ ~
a~d-i~s'u~a~e~e- made by the Husband subsequent to this Agreement .

First Federal Savings and Loan Ass~ciation of Ft: Pierce
regarding the past due mortgage payments, taxes~ etc. on the
home to forestall foreclosure proceedin~s. ~
(d) The Nusband agrees that the Wife shall have the
exclusive possession of the home until such time as a sale
is consummated and the Wife agrees to maintain the home in
good repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and to ma~:e
same available for showing to prospective purchasers.
(e) The parties agree that the 4life shall have the
possession of all furniture~ fixtures and equiprnent located
in the home, with the exception of those items listed in ~
Exhibit B attached hereto, which shaZl belong to the Husband.
