(f) The parties agree that at the time the sale of the

the sale of the house~ provided however, that in the event '
,the Wife requires said funds to purchase a new home, then

or make such financial arrangements as may be required
in order for the Wife to purchase a new hom~.
-5. The parties jointly own certa~n real property and
other assets which are more particularly described in
Exhibzt C attached hereto and made a part hereof. The
parties agree that said properties and assets described in
Exhibit C hereto shalZ be divided equally between the parties
with the Husband receiving one-half and the-Wife receiving
one-half. The parties agree that they shall each execute
any and all instruments necessary to comply with the
provisions of this paragraph. The parties agree that they shall
each be responsible for their one-half of any Iiabilities
on said properties and assets described in Exhibit C and
further agree that they shall each receive one-half of any
income received from the properties and assets described in
Exhibit C, includin~ any rents and net proceeds.from the sale ~
of any of the properties.
6. The Husband agrees that the Wife shall have the care,
custody and control of the minor children of the parties and
the Wife agrees that the Husband shall have reasonable rights
of visitation with the children,
