7. Ttie Husband agrees to pay to the Wife as support
for the minor children the sum of $50.00 per week per child~
sai.d payments to commence immediately~upon the execution of
this agr"eement and to continue until such time as each child
attains the age of 18 years~ marries~ dies or becomes self-
supporting, whichever event occurs first,~at which time the
child support payments shall~be reduced accordingly.
8. The Husband agrees to pay all medical. 'nospital _
and dental bills incurred on behalf of the ~inor children ~
uatil such time.as each child attains the age of 18 years, ~
marries~ dies or becomes self-supporting, whichever event
occurs first. . ~
9. 'The parties hereto agree that the tdife shal~ have
and enjoy independently of any claim or right of the Nusband
ail her personal effects of every kind and description.
20. The parties hereto agree that the Husband shall -
have and enjoy independently of an~ claim or ri~ht of the
Wife all his._personal effects of every kind and description -
and those items described in Exhibit B attached hereto. ~
II. The Wife cov~nants and agrees that prior to and -
from the date of execution of this agreement she has not and .
will not contract any debts or liabilities for which the
Husband may be liable. ~
12. The Husband covenants and agrees that prior to and
from the date of execution of this agreement he has not and
will not contract any debts or liabilities for which the
Wife may become liable. -
13 . The Husband agrees to pay the tJife' s attorney
far his services rendered on behalf of the Wife the sum of
$1,500.00, together with costs incurred within.90 davs
of the execution of this agreement by the parties.
14. The Wife accepts the provisions made for her herein .
in lieu of and in full satisfaction of any and all claims
she may have against the tiusband for her support and
maintenance and any~other claims whatsoever, including,
