but not by way of limitation, dower and all rights under
the laws of testacy and intestacy. ~
15. The Husband and Wife each hereby ielease and
relinquish any and all claims and rights that he or she may
have or may hereafter acquire,~ta share ih any capacity or '
to any extent whatsoever in the estate of each other upon
the death of either, whether by way of statutory allowance -
or distribution in intestacy or election to take against
his or her last ~.~ill and testament. including any right to
act as executor, executrix~ administrator or administratrix
of his or her estate. ~
16. Except as herein to the contrary provided, the
parties shall and do hereby mutually remise. release and
forever discharge each other from any and all actions, suits,
- debts, claims, demands and obligations whatsoever, both in
law and in equity, which either of them ever had, now has or
may hereafter have against the other upon or by reason of any
matter, cause or thing up to the date of execution of this
agreement. -
17. The Husband and Wife have had the individual advice

~ and counsel in the preparation of this~agreement and the
' Nusband and Wife each affirm that they are satisfied with
~
the terms and conditions thereof and they fully understand
the agreements and obligations assumed hereunder. The Wife
has had the individual advice and counsel of L. M. Taylor,
Esquire, of North Palm Beach, Florida and the Husband has
had the individual advi-ce and counsel of Robert Jackson,
Esquire of Vero Beach, Florida.
~ 1$. Neither party has made any representations,

~ promises or otherwise than as contained in this agreement

~ and this agreement is the entire agreement between the
~ -parties.

~ 19. Each party shall promptly execute all documents of

every kind and description for the other party which may be
necessary to carry out the terms of this agreement. The .
