23. The Husband agrees to execute any and all papers
necessary to transfer title to the Wife of the 1915 Comet.
presently in the Wife's possession. and the Husband will
pay any encumbrances when due.
24. The Husband agrees to make all utility payments so
long as the Wife and the minor children reside at 1009 South
Indian River Drive. '
