the Pay~e, to which reference is herehy -made ic~r a description. of the

the Payee in respect thereof and tlie terms anci conciitions upon whicii this
Note is issued. ' .
•The Maker agrees ttwt it shall be bounci by any agreement extending
~ the time or modifying thc• above terms of paymc~nt, made by the Payee and
the owner or owners of the property 3tfecteci by the Mortgage, whett~er with
or without notice to the Maker, and tl~e Maker sliall continue fiabie to pay
the amount due hereu~der, but with interest at a rate no greater than the
Interest Rate, according to the terms of any such agreemei~t of extension ar
modification. ~
The unpaid balance of ttie Principal Amount, plus accrued interest
shail become due and payaVle at the option of the {'ayee ur~cler tt~e happening
. of an event by which said balance sliall or may become due anci payable
under the terms of the Mortgage.
This Note may not Ve chanycd oraliy, t~ut only by on agreement in .
writing, signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver,
change,.modification or discharge is s4uyt~t.
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or endorser, hereby waive pr•escntment for payment, demand, protest,
notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and ex~ressly agree jointly and
severally to remain and continue t~ound for the payme~t of the principai and
interest provided for by the terms of this Note, notwithstanding any exten-
sion or extensions ~~f the time of, or for the payinent of said principal or
- interest, or any cl~ange or changes in the amount or amounts agreed to be
paid under or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided tor in this Note,
; or any change or changes by way of release or surrencier or substitution
f of any real property and collateral, or. either, heid as security for this
Note, and waive all and every kind of notice of sucli extension or extensions,
` change or changes, and agree that the same may be made without the joinder
~ of the Maker.
