FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of March, 1978, and
the Conrt hav~.ng given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This ~ourt has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband,
TIMOTHY M. SMITH, and the Wife, SANDRA ANN SMITH, be and the same
is ~?ereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. STIPULATION. The Stipulation entered into by the parties
and admitted into evidence by the Court at the final hearing is hereby
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment as if herein set
forth at length and the parties are ordered to comply with each
term and provision therein contained.
3. MAIDEN NAME. The Wife is hereby restored to her maiden name
of SANDRA ANN MARTIN.
4. JURISDICTION. .Turisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. ~
