the Payee, to which reference is herehy macfE~ (or a description of the
mortgaged property, the n~~ture anci extrnt of the security, the riyhts of
the Payee in respect thereof and tl~e ter•ms anci conditions upon whicti this
Note is issued.
The A4aker agrees tliat it shaii be bounci by any ac~reeme~~t extendi~g .
the time or modifying the above terms of payment, made by the Payee and
the owner or owners of the property atfecteci by the Mortgage, whett~er with
or without notice to the Maker, and tl~e Maker slwil continue liable to pay
the arrwunt due hereu~der, but with interest-at a rate no greater than the -
Interest Rate, according to the terms ot any such ayreeme~it of extension or
modification.

_ The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest
shall become due and payable at the option of the Payee under the happening
ot an event by which said balarice shall or may become due a~id payahle
under the terms of the Mortgage.
This Note may not be chanyed orally, but only by an agrc;ement in
writing, signed by the party against ~vhom enforcement ot any waiver,
change, modification or discharge is sought. ~
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or endorser, hereby waive presentment for payment,, demanci, protest,
notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and expressly agree jointly and
severally to remain anci ~ontinue bound for the payment of the principal a~~d
interest provided for by the terms of this Note, notwithstanding any exten-
sio~ or extensions of the time of, or for tiie payment of said principal or
interest, or any cl~ange or changes in the amount or amounts agreed to be
paid under or by virtue of the obliqation to pay providec! for in this Note,
or any change or chai~ges by way of release or surrPnder or substitution
of any real property and collateral, or either, tield as security for this
Note, and waive all a~d every kind of notice of such extension or extensions,
change or changes, and agree that the same may be made without the joinder
of the Maker .
