BEFORE I?~, an Officer duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid to
take aclrnowledgments, personally appeared VICIiOR L. SMI'IH, to me well known and
who being duly sworn deposes and says:
'D-IAT he is the party who made, executed and delivered that certain Deed to
ALBERT J. STANKIE and 1-~LFN L. SfANKIE, his wife, dated the 23rd day of March, ~
1978, conveying the folloowing described property, to-wit:
Lot 13, Block 6, SiJRFSIDE t~1IT ONE, acc~rding to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book.10, Page 17 of the Public
' Records of St. Lucie Co~mty, Florida.
'INAT the aforesaid Deed was intended to be and was an absolute conveyance of
the title to said pre~nises to the grantees named therein, and was not and is not
now intended as a mortgage, tn~st conveyance, or security of any kind; that it
was the intention of affiant as grantor in said Deed to convey, and by said Deed -
the affiant did convey to the grantees therein all his right, title, and interest .
absolutely in and to said premises; that possession of said premises has been sur- ~
rendered to the grantees;
1NAT aforesaid Deed was not given as a preference against any other creditors
of the deponent; that at the time it was given there was no other person or persons,
fiYms~or corporation, other than the grantees therein named interested, either
~ directly or indirectly in said premises; that the deponent is so2vent and has no

j other creditors whose rights would be prejudiced by such conveyance, and ~hat de-

j ponent is not obligated upon any bond or other mortgage whereby any lien has been
created or exists against the premises describe~ in said Deed.
~ 'IHAT the consideration for said Deed was and is payment to affiant of the sun
of ~10,000.00 by grantees, and the full cancellation of all debts, obligations,
~ costs, and charges secured by that certain I~rtgage heretofore existing on said
property executed by VICPOR L. SMI'IH, I?brtgagor, to ALBERT J. STANKIE and HELEN L.
~ STANKIE, his wife, as Mortgagees, dated the 16th da.y of January, 1978 and recorded y-

in Official Records Book 280, Page 2203 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

Florida, and the cancellation of record by said grantees mortgage that at the time-

' of making said Deed affiant believed and now believes that the aforesaid consider- -
