THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the day of MaXCh,
1978, by Leslie G. Poorman and Gertrude C. Poorman, husband and wife,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the 1
sum of $10.00 and other valuabie considerations,-receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise release, convey and confi-rm unto the Grantee, all that _
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: .
Lot No. 727, Section - II in that certain condominium known
as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown
~by the plat recorded in the Office of the clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book
16, page l:lA through 1J.
: TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in any~~ise appertaining, subject to the terms,
conditions and limitations set forth in the Declaration of Condominium
recorded in OR Book 186, page 2720, Circuit Court Clerk's Office, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee 5imple, forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenan~s with said grantee that it is law-
i fully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and law-
~ ful authority to sell and conv~y said land; that it hereby fully warrants
i the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims
~ of all persons, whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-
brances.
