~YITNESSETH: The party of the first part, pursuant to the terms
of the Last Will and Testament of SARAH M. GOLDMAN, Deceased~ probat-
ed in the Circuit Court _of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit In and For Dade
County, Florida, Probate Division. Case No. ?1-1915 (02), and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considera-
tions in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt ~~hereof is
hereby acknowledged, has remised, rei~ased and set over, and by these
presents does remise, release and set over unto the party of the second
part, his heirs, executors and assigns, all of the right, title and interest
