M O R T G A G E
THIS INDENTURE Made this ~~day of March A.D. 1978
between PATRICK B. LALLY, hereinafter called the Mortgagor,
and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter called
the Mortgagee,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said Mortgagor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars (10.00) to.him in hand paid by the said
Mortgagee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said Mortgagee, its heirs
and assigns, forever, his undivided one-half interest in the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Parcel One:
That part of the South 3/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 29, Township 35 South, Ranqe 40 East, lying
and being Northerly of Ten-Mile Creel~ (Canal No.71).
Parcel Two: -
That part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lving and being ~
Northerly of Ten-Mile Creek (Canal No. 71); and [9esterly
of Five-Mile Creek (Canal no. 29), l,ss and excex~t the
North 495 feet thereof. '
Parcel Three:
= That part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, less and except the
North 495 feet thereof, iying and being Easterly of
Five-Mile Creek (Canal No. 29) and Northerly of the
North lot line as extended to Five-Niile Creek (Canal
No. 29) of the property of Thomas C. Lilly and Barbara
R. Lilly, his wife, as described in O.R. Book 178,
page 2194 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

and the said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
