! interest at the rate of ten per cent per annum from date until
+ paid, in installments as follows : ~
! Principal payments ~shall be payable annually in the amount of
' $5,000.00 each con~encing June 1, 1977, and a like sum due June
1, 1978, 1979, 1980 and 1981. Interest shall be payable quarterly
with the first interest payment to commnence October 1, 1976 and
continue each January 1, April 1 and June 1 thereafter until the ~
principal balance is paid in full.

MAKERS RESERVE THE RIGHT OF PREPAYMENT IN WHOLE OR IN PART AT ANY
TIME WITHOUT PENALTY.
If any installment be not promptly paid within 3n days next after the same be-
comes dae, then~ at the option of the holder hereof, the full amount remaining due upon
this note shail thereupon become due and payable st once, together with all other indebt
edness stipulated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the sarae.
The makers and endorsers of this note furth er agree to waive notice of non-payment,
protest and demand for payment, and in case suit shall be brought for the collection
hereof or the same shall be collected upon demand of an at~orney. to pay all expenses
of such collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee thereon. ~
