AFFIDAVIT
COUVTY OF ST. LUCIE ) "
ON THIS DAY, before me, the undersigned officer authorized
to take acknowledgments and administer oaths, personally appeared
the below named affiant on behalf of Beneficial Finance Company,
a Florida corporation, who, atter being duly sworn and cautioned,
deposes and says:
1. That the urldersigned is an officer of Beneficial
Finance Company, a Florida corporation, and manages the Fort _ ,
Pierce office of Beneficial Finance Company,
2. That Beneficial Finarice Company, a Florida corporation,
has a Judgment recorded in Judgment Book 22, Page 12 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida against John Vance and Dorothy
Vance, his wife, as was obtained in Case No. 2435-L.
3. That the office of Beneficial Finance Company at Fort
Pierce, Florida, has not made~a loan *_o John C. Vance and Marie
Vance, his wife, aad said Judgment is not against John C. Vance.
Further affiant sayeth not.
