as follows: Comnencing at the NE corner of the SW', of the SE~ of Section 13,
Township 35 South, Range 38 East, said point being on the center line of TroN~bridge
Road and being further identified as lying 25 feet Easterly of a lightwood post
hearing N 89 degrees 23' 04" West (Trowbridge Road is assumed to bear North)
thence nm South along the center line of Trowbridge Road a distance of I176.51 feet
to a point; thence nm West a distance of 30 feet to a point on the West right of
way line of Trowbridge Road, said point being the Point of Beginning. From said
Point of Beginning, nm South along said right of way line of Trowbridge Road a distance
of 159.0 feet to a point, thence nm West a distance of 608.93 feet to a point;
thence nm North a distance of 159.0 feet to a point; thence ru~ East 608.93 feet
to the Point of Beginning.

follaws : Comnencing at the IVE corner of the SW'~ of the SF~ of Section 13, To~,mship
35 South, Range 38 East, said point being on the center line of Tmwbridge Road, and
being further identified as lying 25~feet Easterly of a lightwood post bearing
N 89 degrees 23' 04" West (Trowbridge Road is assim~ed to bear North) thence nm
South along the center line of Trawbridge Road a distance of 1017.51 feet to a
point; thence run West a distance of 30 feet to a point on the West right of way
line of Trowbridge Road, said point being the Point of Beginning. From.the said
