The undersigned, being the President of the Condominium
Association commonly k.nown as OUTDOOR RF~50RTS AT NETTI~ES ISLAND,
INC., hereby certifies under oath that the following amendments _
to the Declaration of Condominium of OUTDOOR RFSORTS AT NETTLES
ISLAND, INC., a condominium, were auiy made and adopted at a
regular annual membership mee~ing of the Condominium Association -
adjourned frvm December 31, 19?7 and held on the 18th dary of
Fe~ruary, 19~8 as reflected in the minutes of t~.hat ~neeting, and
that said amendments_were passed in compliance ~aith all require-
ments of Chapter ~11, Florida Statutes, and the provisions of the
Declaration of Condomini.um and oth~r e~abling instruments of this
Condominium Association a.nd the Declaration of Condominium of
OUTDOOR RFSORTS AT NETTLFS ISLAND, INC. is hereby amended in ~
the following particulars and it being understood that the
Association specifica119 restates and readopts all of the
provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium, as set forth
in O.R. Book 186, Page 2~20 of the Public Records of St, Lucie
County, Florida, and subsequent amendmer~ts thereto not specifically
amended herein.
Amendment 1. Page 46, Article II. A meeting of the Membership
