The following By-Laws shall govern the operation of the Condominium known as BI~~AAR-R~BR`~S-A~ NETTLES ISLAND, INC. a Condominium, described and named in the Declaration of Condominium to which these By-I,aws are attached; Ai~BBAR-~BR~S-A~ NETTLFS ISLAND, INC. a Condomir,ium being a Florida Corporation not for profit, Qrganized and existing pursuant to Chapter ~11, Florida Statutes, as amended known.as the Condominium Act. . AMENDMENT 4:Pg. 8.
