Section 617.02, t1~. ~ i~% . undersigned corporation adopts the following Articles of Ame;~tim~t to its Articles of Incorporation: 1. The current name of the corporation is GALLEON TOWNHOUSE aSSOCIATION, IhC., a corporation not for profit under the lacas of the State of Florida. . 2. The following Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation~ were adopted by the Board of Directors of said Corporation at a ~aeeting held on the 6th day of February, 1978, and submitted by the Board of Directors to the members of the corporation at a special meeting of the membership called by the Directors, held on the 6th day of February, 1978, at which time the following anendment to the Articles of Incorporation were adopted by the members in the manner prescribed by Florida Statute Section 617.02, the Articles of Incorporation of the corporation and the Bylaws of the corporat~on. Article X of the Articles of Incorporation of GALLEON TOVNHOUSE ASSOCIATION, INC., is hereby amended to read as follows: ARTICLE X _ The membership of the association shall be comprised of all i owners and the Declarant (for so long as the Declarant shall ' remain the fee simple owner of a Parcel). Each member shall E be entitled to one (1) vote for each parcel owned. When - ~ i more than one person owns an interest in a given parcel, all such persons shall be members and the vote for such parcels ~ . shall be exercised as they may determine among themselves. ~ In no event shall more than one vote be cast with respect to any parcel owned. ~ ~ 3. The number of Class A members of the corporation at the ~ ~ ~ time of the adoption_was zero and the number of Class B members of ~ t::e corporation at the time of the adoption was 47; and the number of ~ votes entitled to vote thereon for Class A riembers at the time of ~ adoption was zero and the number of votes entitled to vote thereon ~ ~ at the time of adoption for Class B members was 235. ~ d.
