THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the motion of
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for leave to
intervene in this case and the Court having found tt~ t all parties
were properly put on notice and having heard argurnents presented
and considered the evidence and testimony; the Court finds that
the mavant Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services has
an ir.~-erest in this cause, to-wit, child support money and enf orce-
ment thereof, it is -
